Our products are made to order. Production takes place before shipping, and processing times vary by item.

Shipping origin & import fees

Most products ship from the United States. Orders delivered to Canada may incur additional duties, import taxes, or carrier handling fees upon delivery. Any applicable charges that have not been prepaid are the customer’s responsibility and are separate from shipping charges paid at checkout.

Separate packages

We work with multiple fulfillment partners, so items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Delivery times
